Can't blame a guy for trying. UNKL's contest to create a new UNiPO design was too good to pass up on. As you can tell I was having a 'NINJA Obsessed' kind of day.

Boardeli Longboards

Soon after the Deck the Halls gig, Karen Pentland and I decided to go ahead with an old idea of starting up our own longboard company. We invited 13 other designers to help develop our limited run Series 1 line of decks under the name of Boardeli Longboards.

Another deck for FROST 2006 that was done with Karen Pentland for our Hot Granny series. We also rattled of a longboard version that turned out pretty good. I believe she's actually riding that one.

Hot Granny Graphic

Hot Granny Textile

Image of a screened skate image Karen Pentland and I applied onto some fabric samples from an Architectural firms library. We ended up making about a dozen cushions with this motif and created the Hot Granny line that also included skate decks.

SPINE 6.0 prototype chair in collaboration with Greg Ball for FROST 2003. This was and still is one of my favorite pieces. It was surprisingly comfortable and heavy as hell. Wish we never sold this one.
